Create your profile

A service is the unit everything else is built from: what you do, how long it takes, and what it costs. Describe those once and the booking page, the payment, the reminders and the invoice all follow from them — you are not configuring five systems, you are describing your work.

  • Price it the way you actually chargeA flat fee, an hourly rate, or per increment you set — not everything is a fixed price, and a booking page that pretends otherwise quotes the wrong number.
  • Say how long it really takesSet the duration, plus the buffer you need afterwards to clean up, travel or write notes.
  • Decide what you hold up frontThe full amount, a deposit, or nothing until you are in the room.
  • Bundle and upsellliteGroup services into packages, and offer extras as add-ons priced flat or per hour.
  • Ask before you arriveproIntake questions on the booking form, in nine question types, per service — and answers can add a fee so the quote fits the real job.
  • Get terms agreed at bookingproShow your agreement and capture a signed, timestamped snapshot before the slot is held.

The free plan covers 5 services and 30 bookings a month, with card payments, deposits and invoices included. Automatic reminders and review requests start on Lite.

2

Set your availability

This is the step that ends "are you free Thursday?". You describe the shape of your week once, and from then on clients only ever see times you are genuinely free — because the page is reading your real calendar, not a copy of it you have to remember to update.

  • Weekly hours that repeatSet the pattern you actually work, with gaps between jobs, and stop re-entering it.
  • Two-way Google Calendar syncBusy time blocks itself out, and every booking lands on your calendar automatically. A dentist appointment you added on your phone closes that slot here.
  • Close off a holiday or one afternoonBlocked and blackout time, in a tap, without dismantling your weekly pattern.
  • Studio, mobile or virtualEvery location type, and virtual bookings get a Google Meet link generated for them.
  • Charge for the journeyproTravel fees per mile or by tier, with free miles and a service radius so you are not quoted for a job across the county.
  • Add your teamInvite staff with their own hours and their own services, and let clients pick the person they want.
  • Right time, wherever they areClients always see slots in their own timezone, so nobody books 9am and arrives at 2pm.
3

Share your link

One link is the whole product. Put it in your bio, your email signature, your business card — and from that point the scheduling, the deposit and the reminders happen without you. If a link is not enough, the same booking flow goes onto a site you control.

  • Your public booking pageA clean, shareable page at your own link, with your services, prices and published reviews on it.
  • Or put it on your existing siteA one-line embed drops booking and event sign-ups into Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow or plain HTML.
  • Run classes and workshopsliteGroup sessions get their own registration pages, with seat limits, attendee lists and a CSV export.
  • Build a real websiteproA multi-page site from twenty section types and ten themes, where services, reviews and events stay current by themselves. Any plan can build and preview one; publishing is on Pro.
  • On a domain you ownproServe the whole thing from your own address, so your ranking accumulates to your name rather than ours.

And then the part you never set up twice

The three steps above get you booked. What keeps the business running is everything that happens after the slot is taken — and it happens whether or not you remember it, which is the whole point of putting it in one place.

  • Reminders that stop no-showsliteSMS and email, at two lead times you choose, on both channels.
  • Your policy enforces itselfYour cancellation window and no-show fee are applied for you, so you are never the one asking for it.
  • Hand over the work privatelyDeliver files in a client gallery with a passcode and an expiry date — and see who opened what.
  • Reviews collected for youliteA request goes out automatically a set time after the job. You approve anything before it is published.
  • Invoice whatever is leftTurn any appointment into a numbered invoice with line items and tax, payable by card on a secure link.
  • Then bring them backliteA warm rebooking nudge afterwards, so the next appointment is not a cold start.

It does a lot more than bookings

The booking link is where most people start, but it is not where BreezeBook stops. The same account runs your classes, takes payment on your bigger jobs, shows off your work and keeps the business side in order, so you are not paying for a separate tool for each.

Events, classes and workshopslite

Run a one-off workshop, a weekly class or a launch night next to your appointments, each with its own registration page.

  • Free or paid sign-ups, with ticket tiers like Early Bird and VIP
  • In person or online
  • A seat limit, so the room never overfills
  • Questions on the sign-up form, and an attendee list you can export

Lite runs one live event at a time; Pro runs as many as you like.

Pricing that scales with bigger jobs

For weddings, long projects and regulars who book in bulk, where one flat fee paid on the day does not fit.

  • Payment schedules: a share on booking, another before the date, the rest on completionpro
  • Volume discounts that apply themselves past a set number of hourspro

A shop window for your work

Let the work sell itself before anyone reaches the booking step.

  • Portfolio collections of photos, plus YouTube and Vimeo videos, on your public page
  • A contact form on your website, with every enquiry in one inboxpro

Run it as a business

The back office that usually lives in three other apps and a notebook.

  • Staff logins, each with their own calendar
  • A client list with private notes and full history
  • A dashboard of revenue, upcoming work and recent activity
  • Two-factor sign-in to keep the account yours
